I just wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for fixing our trailer and really providing excellent customer service. This past weekend my family went camping for the first time since we got our trailer back. Not only did Camp-Out fix the issues I had, but you also took the care to fix and upgrade any other potential issues with the trailer. My personal opinion is that you not only took care of the problem, but you also went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of your customer. For this I would like to say Thank you. I have always thought Palomino Trailers were one of the best trailers on the market - now I also know that Palomino and Camp-Out take excellent care of their customers. Thank you Camp-Out and thank you Palomino. I will definitely tell everyone how well you have treated us.

As for the pier pads we can either wait for the 2 small ones to come in or replace them with the large ones neither here nor there to us. As for the window scratch in the tint great catch. We are both so impressed. We have no issue bringing the trailer back for the window if it is not possible to replace it by Thursday. Let me know if Thursday morning is OK. And by the way your dealership needs to be commended. Honestly we have never dealt with a dealer as amazing as yours. From the time we walked in the door and said "We think we want to proceed with purchasing a 325RL" your dealership has made our experience the best and this is our 3rd trailer so yes we have some experience with RV dealerships. All the staff we have dealt with need to be commended for a job well done. Looking forward to hear from you.
