Description

We have all come together in this time of limited health care resources to provide you with a comprehensive and effective rehabilitation from your cardiovascular illness. You will meet many different individuals from varying disciplines all of whom believe in the value of cardiovascular health promotion and disease prevention. Many of these individuals are staff of the Cambridge Cardiac Care Centre. Others come from various community groups dedicated to improving the health of our community. Others are volunteers who are dedicated to improving the lives of others.
