Brett Callaway is a Journeyman Red Seal plumber and also holds a certification to install and test cross connection control with BCWWA. Brett was born and has lived his life here in the beautiful city of Victoria, BC. He is a husband and a father of 2, owner of Ginger the beagle. After being in the drain cleaning and plumbing industry for many years he knows what customers expect and want.

The GUARANTEE covers in term backup drainage failure of only the lines as serviced hereunder due to normal use, where a backup condition exists in the pipes serviced and for the period of time as stated on the invoice.
