Dockside Realty is a family run business co-owned by long time Pender Island residents Sherrie Boyte and her son Sam who operate out of their new storefront real estate office at Hope Bay on Pender Island, British Columbia, Canada. Sam and his wife Rita were married on August 19, 2006! Our family has lived on Pender since 1981, and we know and love the "Island" lifestyle. Pender Island's scenery, its people and many volunteer organizations have kept us filled with fondness for this friendly, active community. Sherrie has been very involved in community life here since moving to Pender in 1981 to raise her family and for the past sixteen years she has worked as a licensed realtor selling both commercial and residential real estate on the Gulf Islands. Sam has lived and worked on Pender Island for most of his life and has just recently joined his mother as a real estate agent and business partner. Dockside Realty is pleased to welcome long time island realtor and Pender Islander Dave Jamieson to the team. Dave has been in real estate on Pender for ten years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with him.
