About Us C & H Machinery Design Incorporated specializes in the design and construction of equipment for the printing, paper and foil laminating and steel industries. It was founded in 1988 by Claude H. Henning, a Professional Engineer educated in France, with years of experience in these fields. Prior to 1988, Mr. Henning worked for DMS and CEM in France and B & K International Machinery in Canada and was directly involved in the design and construction of paint lines, galvanizing lines, tinning lines, cut-to-length lines and slitters all over the world. Our experienced engineers and technicians design all our equipment to the specifications agreed upon, to meet the exact expectation of our customer's application. All designs are produced on CAD and reflect over 100 years of combined experience in the converting industry process. Precision, ruggedness and long lasting performance are basic criteria, combined with our modular design that ensures economical and reliable machinery construction. Equipment for the paper and film converting industry encompasses Flexo Presses, coating-laminating lines, gravure presses for the wall covering industry, as well as slitting lines. Since 1988, C & H has designed and assembled equipment for companies in Argentina, Australia, Iraq, Israel, South Korea, U.S.A., Venezuela and Canada. Project values ranged from $20 000 to $6 000 000 USD. The company is presently tendering for projects in the U.S.A, Venezuela, Guatemala and Mexico. C & H works closely with various Canadian government agencies which provide the buyer with a performance guarantee that C & H will complete each project on time and in full compliance with their specifications. These agencies can also arrange financing for foreign buyers. All engineering is done in-house by our experienced engineers, using the latest computer technology. All of the equipment is assembled and functionally tested in our shop and witnessed by our clients prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for field installation though C & H will provide technical assistance and instruct the operating and maintenance personnel during start-up in the use of the new equipment.
