The professional Project Management services ensure timely completion of projects implementing different methodologies and Techniques to make sure the successful completion of projects up to customer satisfaction. Site Acquisition and Cell Planning Cellkom works closely with vendors Cell Planning and can provide the on ground planning services. Cellkom site acquisition and planning services include: -Cell Planning according to Planning Data -Site Surveys -LOS Surveys -Site selection (Three Candidates) -Site acquisition -Electricity Power connections - All related NOCs from District City Government -Lease Agreements -Complete Documentation Civil Works Cellkom provides the complete services of civil works of a BTSs, BSCs and MSCs. The main objective of this service is to meet the customer ’s tight schedule. Cellkom knows and understand the competitive environment and need of timely completion of civil works. We have arrangement with different experienced contractors throughout the country to work on the Telecom sites. This service includes the following: -Construction of Tower Foundation -Construction of Generator Foundation -Construction of Shelter Foundation -Tower Manufacturing -Tower Erection -BTS/BSC/MSC room Construction -Air Con Installation -Grounding of Tower, BTS Equipment and Generator -Construction of Boundary Walls -Grounding of Main Gates and Boundary wall -Installation of Ancillary in the BTS room Deployment Services Cellkom has number of teams available to handle the Deployment Services. We have number of employees on board for providing these services. Moreover Cellkom has arrangement with number of local companies as co-partners if requirement arises in order to meet the tough customer deadlines. Following services has been covered under Deployment: Installation of BTS/BSC/PCU. Indoor: Cellkom has got the experienced staff to work on the different Vendors equipment. This is done in line with the Vendors documentation keeping in view of all Telecom safety standards. Installation of ancillary, Rectifier, Microwave and BTS/BSC equipment is done under this service. Outdoor: Cellkom has number of riggers on board. It can provide outdoor installation for new site, expansion sites, changing antenna heights and antennas, Orientation checks and VSWR measurements. Commissioning of BTS: Cellkom can provide the experienced engineer for the commissioning of new cell site. Engineers can be provided with the Commissioning test equipment. Integration in Network: Cellkom can provide the integration service. After completing the installation of site, site is integrated in to network, by creating MSC database, BSS Database, link to BSC and checking and verifying the neighbors. Also its coverage foot print is checked and handover to neighboring sites are verified.
