As a lawyer, Greg Ste. Marie has specialized in the area of Family Law for over 37 years. He has appeared in courts at all levels including the Ontario Superior Court, Family Branch, the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. His practice extends to mediation and arbitration. He taught at the Law Society Bar Admission course in Family Law for over 20 years.

Tina originally joined Burke-Robertson as an articling student in 2008, and she remained with the firm after her call to the Bar of Ontario in 2009. Tina’s practice consists of Family Law and Wills and Estates Law. She believes that effective advocacy consists of a solid understanding of the law and a practice focused on respect, for both her clients and her profession. Tina works with her clients to meet their legal needs in a practical, compassionate, and cost-effective manner.

Don is a long term resident of Ottawa, Ontario where he attended Carleton University , Graduating with a degree in history in 1969, after which he attended law school at Queen's University in Kingston, graduating with an LLB in 1972. Don articled at the law firm of Hall & Hall in Ottawa and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1974 after having attended the Bar Admission Course at Osgoode Hall in Toronto. Throughout his legal career Don has maintained an interest in the law relating to real estate, as well as estate planning and administration.
