The BR-UBB underbody bus box is ideal for all types of school bus chassis. We have recently introduced this product into our truck body line. This design carries all the characteristics of our truck body that customers have come to appreciate. The lightweight fiberglass construction allows for more cargo carrying capacity. The double-skinned doors make for a very lightweight, sturdy door. Designed with a quarter turn latch that is key lockable and pad lockable, this box ensures a positive lock when the door is closed. Never again will the driver need to keep checking his mirrors to make sure his luggage compartments are still closed. Aluminum strips and automotive type seals are provided on all doors to assure leakage prevention. The large ribs in the bottom of the box provides extras strength and protection for the luggage. For 2009 the doors have been fitted with gas shocks to keep the them out of the way when loading luggage. Hinges, bolts and locks are all made from rust proof materials for years of trouble free use.
