Prior to establishing Building Works Ltd., Erich worked as an independent Project Manager providing development and construction management services to large-scale builders and developers for over 35 years. His initial training and work ethic came from his father who was a successful builder in Vancouver. Erich began his building career with single family homes, but quickly moved on to apartment buildings, townhouse projects and commercial and institutional buildings.

Our expert in-house mold remediation team (Mold Squad) specializes in the inspection, testing and mold removal as well as related biological hazards in residential, commercial and industrial buildings around Calgary. We provide an integrated solution for any building envelope and guarantee a return of indoor air quality to healthy levels.

If you have 3 – 5 years of experience in this field, we are offering a full time position. We work in both the residential and commercial markets in remediation and restoration. Must have own tools, reliable transportation and a good working knowledge in demolition and re-builds. Excellent remuneration is offered with a great company to work for. Jason holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Calgary. He has over 22 years of experience in the construction and restoration of single family and multi-family buildings and commercial buildings. Jason Ritchie was born and raised in Calgary.
