Julie graduated from University of Manitoba in 2008 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree, majoring in Accounting and International Business. She obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 2011 and have a few years of public practice experience and some experience in industries. She joined Buckley Dodds Parker LLP as a Senior Accountant this year and she enjoys working with a variety of clients. Julie has been volunteering for the Canada Revenue Agency during the tax season for more than 5 years. In her spare time, Julie also enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing volleyball, watching TV and movies, and playing musical instruments.

Buckley Dodds Parker LLP has been in the public accounting profession for over 30 years and in our present location at 1140 1185 West Georgia St for close to 25 years. During this time we have gained a wide knowledge of businesses, and non profit organizations. ( See our Client profile ). Our professional staff currently includes Chartered Accountants, Certified General Accountants, accounting students and bookkeepers.

Geoff graduated in Commerce with a major in Accounting and Finance, from the University of British Columbia and obtained his Chartered Accountancy designation in 1980. Geoff, a Senior Partner, is also the managing and personnel partner and his practice consists of audit, accounting, tax, and business advisory services for small to medium sized organizations. He has extensive experience in public companies and regulatory issues, the film industry, and the hospitality industry. Geoff is also very active in assisting not-for-profit organizations. In 2013 Geoff was elected to the Council (Board of Directors) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of B.C. and has been very active in the merger of the Accounting Professions to the new Chartered Professional Accountant in BC, CPABC. In 2014, he was appointed Treasurer of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC and currently sits on its Executive Committee and Audit Committee.

Prior to joining Buckley Dodds Parker LLP, Tammy worked as a staff accountant for 6 years on the Sunshine Coast. She obtained her accounting diploma from Douglas College in 1997 and has provided bookkeeping services to small & medium size businesses for over 18 years. She is currently a member of the CPA and working towards here PCP certification.

Lillian teaches Cantonese in Chinese Schools. She has served as the president and/or treasurer of the strata council of the building she lives in for over 10 years. She attends and volunteers at her church. In her spare time, she enjoys playing badminton, singing, watching television, travelling and enjoying good food with family and friends.
