Description
At the foot of the thundering Eau Claire Gorge, our location has served as a camp site for paddlers, loggers, fishermen, and hunters for over a century. More recently, the camp has served as a base for: tree planters, naturalists, ECO tours, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, ATV excursions, bird watching and simply relaxing and getting back to nature. Buckeye Camp was officially founded in 1946 by Ohio sportsman Mr. E. J. Rodebaugh. Rody and his is wife ran the camp until 1960.
