About Bryson Farms Bryson Farms specializes in providing its customers with fresh, often unusual, certified organic produce. We import seed from around the world in order to have a varied selection of exotic vegetables, most grown from heirloom/heritage (old) and organic seed. We grow heirloom vegetables because of their amazing flavour, especially when delivered absolutely fresh to our customer's door. Our vegetables taste like vegetables are supposed to taste! Many of our customers comment that they haven't tasted produce like ours since they were kids or that our produce is the best they have ever eaten. We offer a home delivery service into Ottawa-Gatineau with everything we deliver picked the day before delivery to ensure freshness. We supply our home delivery customers with a "pick-of-the-day" harvest of produce each week, with many different and, often, exotic items as the season progresses. Bryson Farms is located north of Shawville, Quebec, just an hour from Ottawa on a 140+ tillable acre farm. The farm on which Bryson Farms operates has been in the Stewart family for generations. Fortunately, the Stewart family has always been concerned with preserving the land, the wildlife, and the soil. Bryson Farms is operated by Terry Stewart and Stuart Collins. Stuart's children, Katie and Bryson (picture of Bryson on the left), are active in the business and work at the Bryson Farms' Organic Market at Parkdale. Bryson Farms operates year-round through an extensive greenhouse operation which features the production of fresh baby-leaf greens as well as various root crops. We encourage you to share in the harvest and partake of many seasonal delicacies and delights throughout the year!
