Our primary responsibilities focus on the delivery of Employee Benefit Plans as well as Executive Compensation Arrangements. Over the last quarter Century we have worked closely with privately held corporations which have required an entrepreneurial approach to planning. As independent brokers and consultants, specifically to corporations and their executives, we have had the opportunity to work closely with management on the non-union side as well as union officials.
