Dunstan Browne is the founder of our firm. His practice is in association with Kelly Orr, David Ibbetson, and Paul Gauthier. For your information, each lawyer's profile is presented in this section. Dunstan was born and educated in South Africa where he practiced as a Corporate and Financial Lawyer before coming to Canada in 1982. He joined Davis and Company (a major Vancouver law firm) where he practiced in the areas of bankruptcy, receiverships, collections, estates and wills, corporate, financial and land law, advising financial institutions, corporations and small business enterprises. He has considerable experience in the area of administrative law and recently completed a six year appointment as a Commissioner with the B.C. Securities Commission. Dunstan is a qualified mediator.
