Moduline Industries (Canada) Ltd built their plant in Penticton 37 years ago and has over that time built over 21000 homes for the B.C. market. They are the oldest and largest manufacturer of Mobile and Modular homes in the Province of British Columbia. The factory is CSA Certified and builds homes to both the CSA Z240 mobile home standard to the CSA A277 certification which in the Province of B.C. is the B.C. building code. Moduline builds a full line of products from as small as 14'x 56'(784 Sq Ft.) through 16 wide, 24 wides and 29 wides to 41' x 66" (2706 Sq. Ft.) The homes produced are of top quality and meet all the building requirements of the area they are built for. They will also customize the homes to fit your special needs if at all possible. Moduline along with Brookswood Homes have been serving the B.C. market in a long standing relationship since May of 1971. Moduline has its own service trucks and staff to service their homes throughout the province of B.C. and does spot contacts with it's and Brookswood's customers to assure the best possible service.
