Description
Mr. Kaiser is a director and member of the Audit Committee of the Corporation. He has over 40 years of experience in the mining industry and is a Certified Public Accountant. At the time of his retirement in 2006, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of The Doe Run Company ("Doe Run"), an international natural resource company focused on the mining, smelting, recycling and fabrication of metals. Prior to joining Doe Run, Mr. Kaiser was the Chief Financial Officer of Amax Gold Inc from 1989 to 1993.
