BCI interprets IM to include: Content Management, Knowledge Management, Document and Records Management, Workflow, Forms and Imaging - all of these disciplines generate documents of some type, documents which must be managed throughout their lifecycle. BCI has over twenty years experience in the IM field including more than ten years with the RDIMS shared system initiative.

AESI's professional staff and associates offer a full range of services, from strategic planning and feasibility analysis through project management, systems architecture, business process re-engineering, systems implementation, startup, and training. AESI is dedicated to the concept of total system engineering and maintaining the highest standards of excellence in every project.

The Policy, Legal & Regulatory stream includes providing Consulting and Advisory Services related to the development of broad-based cultural transformations and the establishment of regulatory instruments to address Recordkeeping issues within the public sector.

BCI is capable of providing regional services throughout Canada and the United States, in association with our partners who are experienced with Hummingbird eDOCS, OpenText LiveLink and Microsoft SharePoint suite of products and Information Management principles. Current partners are located in Halifax, Toronto and Guelph, thus BCI is well positioned to assist our clients that will have a requirement to roll out their ECM solution in the Regions.

The e-Records Sustainability stream includes providing Consulting and Advisory Services related to the development of an integrated work plan for e-Recordkeeping in the GoC which includes a governance model for a comprehensive e-record sustainability strategy.
