BREAKTHROUGH PRAYER MINISTRY emerged from the expressed need of Power to Change (formerly Campus Crusade for Christ, Canada) to develop a united prayer strategy for cities. At the same time it became apparent the ministry of Mothers Who Care needed to widen their name to include the growing interest of fathers, grandparents, educators and students who share the original vision of praying God's heart for our schools. From these combined needs an expanded vision and prayer strategy was birthed for our cities, both great and small.
