I want to take the time to address something that you more than likely don't see (unless you are hiding in the backseat of the shuttle van). I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years. Customer service is what makes me pass by other Nissan dealerships so I can shop at Brasso. I was promptly picked up at the scheduled time by the shuttle van. Rush hour traffic, tired from not sleeping the night before due to extreme back pain and wondering if I am going to make it to my Chiropractic appointment on the other side of the city.

As you can imagine, we deal with all of the brands and therefore have had some sort of experience with many of the franchises around town. I can honestly say that I am routinely impressed with your advisors and the quality of work that we and our customers receive. Whenever we sell Nissan/Infiniti product I'm very quick to let people know to send their cars to you.
