This means that we can choose from a wide variety of hearing aid manufacturers in order to provide the best possible solution for your individual lifestyle and budget. We have a no pressure approach to hearing instrument selection for our clients. Our staff members are not on commission so we choose the product that is right for your needs.

Patrick – president, business owner and devoted clinician - is dedicated to ensuring that all of his patients’ needs are met by consistently going the extra mile. He is committed to providing the best possible service while maintaining a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for all.

A family business, Brampton Hearing Aid Services was established in 1970 by Mrs. Carmen Portelli, who has been a hearing instrument specialist since 1964. Carmen started the business completely on her own, without any support staff! The company is now owned by her son, Patrick Portelli, who is also a hearing instrument specialist. Together the Portellis have proudly been serving the Brampton area for over 40 years.

Born and raised in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Crystal’s career in the hearing health care industry began in 2000, when she joined a team of Audiologists, Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists as an Office Administrator. Crystal’s passion and dedication to providing quality hearing care services were ignited while working closely with the Audiologists.She completed her studies in 2005 as a Hearing Instrument Specialist and has been working as part of the team at Brampton Hearing Aid Services since 2006.

Our warm and welcoming reception and office staff are always pleased to take your phone calls, inquiries, and appointments, or just lend an ear or offer a kind word of encouragement. You will always hear a cheerful voice and see a friendly smile when talking with Bev and Alison. These remarkable ladies have many years of experience in customer service and we are proud to say they are loved by staff members and patients alike.
