Duplexing: If the document is double sided, it is important that we are made aware of this. Binding: If the job is a book or pamphlet, does it require any special binding. ie: Coil binding, Saddle Stitch, or staples. Folding: Does the finished product need to be folded. We have machines that can fold documents for you, saving you time. Trimming: Does file require trimming. if so you must mark off cut lines. Special considerations: Does the file require a die cut or lamination. Are there perforations or scoring required. Detailed Description: As well as listing the particulars, you should also provide us with a detailed description of the overall finished appearance. This allows us to see where we may improve the job or make suggestions to cut your cost.
