I was born and raised in Vancouver, B.C. My wife and I met in Sr. High and have been happily married for over 37 years. Our son, daughter, and son-in-law, reside in Calgary. We'll be first- time grandparents this summer! Through my past experience as a Master Electrician in both BC and Alberta and involvement as part owner of a house building company, I have gained invaluable insight into owning & building a home. My father has been in the Real Estate financing business for over 45 years, which I was destined to follow. With 6 prior years of private financing experience, Bowden Mortgage Services is a member of the Okanagan Mortgage Lenders Association and the Canadian Institute of Mortgage Brokers and Lenders (CIMBL), and is licensed in British Columbia under the Mortgage Broker's Act since 1998.
