About

Borden Flying Club, federally incorporated in 1958, provides a unique aviation experience for pilots and enthusiasts in Southern Ontario. Unlike a flight school, it offers privately registered aircraft for member use without commercial services. The club has relocated three times—originally as Centralia Flying Club, then to CFB Borden in 1967, Lake Simcoe Regional Airport in 2004, and finally to Edenvale Aerodrome (CNV8) in 2007. It welcomes both flying and non-flying social members, fostering a diverse community of aviation lovers who share aircraft costs and enjoy social events, mentorship, and discounted COPA memberships.
