Description

While treadlife/mileage warranties do not apply to tires fitted as Original Equipment on new vehicles because the vehicle manufacturers chose not to purchase it from the tire manufacturers, their cost is factored into the price of tires sold in the replacement market.

When looking at UTQG ratings it is important to realize that the Department of Transportation does not conduct the tests. The grades are assigned by the tire manufacturers based on their test results or those conducted by an independent testing company they have hired. The NHTSA has the right to inspect the tire manufacturer's data and can fine them if inconsistencies are found. While most new tire lines have their grades established when they are introduced, they are allowed a 6-month grace period to allow the tire manufacturer to test actual production tires.

We may disclose your personal information to third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf. For example, we may hire other companies to provide data storage, to host websites, provide video streaming services, etc. Those third-party service providers (i) shall be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to provide the service, (ii) must protect personal information to the same extent as BLASKIN & LANE, and (iii) shall be prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

NOTE: Because of the factory's final inspection, none of the tire manufacturers will accept that all four tires from the same vehicle are out-of-round or responsible for a vibration. If a request is made to return all four tires, the tire manufacturer will deem that there was no genuine attempt to isolate the true cause of the problem.

All tires sold by the blaskin and lane have a manufacturers' limited warranty extended to the original purchaser to cover conditions that are reasonably considered to have been within the tire manufacturers' control, such as the quality of materials and/or workmanship. Selected tires may also be backed by additional warranties, such as tread life mileage or free trial periods.
