Black Coalition for AIDS Prevention (Black CAP) provides culturally relevant HIV/AIDS education, counseling, settlement, peer, employment, housing and social support services to African, Caribbean and Black communities in Toronto. It runs outreach, prevention, harm reduction and health programs, targeting individuals at risk or living with HIV, including youth and LGBTQ groups, and relies on donors and volunteers to sustain its work.
