Unless BigTurns in its discretion determines otherwise: (i) entities with headquarters in United States will be billed in U.S. dollars ("U.S. Customers"); (ii) entities with headquarters in Australia will be billed in Australian dollars; and (iii) all other entities will be billed in U.S. dollars, Euros or local currency (if available) ("Non-U.S./Australia Customers").
