Via email Alison Cross, OSPCA director of marketing and communications, says the charges include one count of failing to provide care necessary for animals’ general welfare, one count of failing to provide adequate and appropriate medical attention, three counts of permitting distress, two counts of failing to kill an animal by a method that is humane and minimizes pain and distress, and four counts of causing distress by killing an animal in a manner that caused suffering.
We provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site's database by contacting rirwin@betterfarming.com . However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor's entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.
Bonenberg says the new rules will only apply to producers who are federally registered. In Ontario, there are 33 federally registered producers.
Quote: " Would you have been happier if Minister Leal had just banned air planters that blow the contaminated dust around ." Unfortunately, some of the equipment manufactures or livestock guys might not like that solution.
