Toronto Office Bereskin & Parr has been operating in Toronto since 1965. In October of 1988, the firm moved into the 40th floor of Scotia Plaza, then expanded to include the 39th floor in 1997. Scotia Plaza is a spectacular red marble, 68 floor building at the corner of King and Bay in the heart of Toronto's Financial District. Our Services Bereskin & Parr's Toronto office provides a full range of intellectual property related services. Our practice extends to all aspects of intellectual property including patents, trade marks, copyright, new media, industrial designs, trade secret law, intellectual property and information technology licensing and transactions, advertising and marketing law and intellectual property litigation. Our People The lawyers, patent and trade mark agents, and technical consultants in our Toronto office are supported by over 100 legal assistants, paralegals, trade mark searchers and other important administrative staff. All of the firm's summer and articling students work out of the Toronto office.
