BBD who? Benefits by Design Inc. (BBD) is an Administered Benefits Agency. We access employee benefit products from a variety of insurance and health services companies and develop employee benefit packages. Our purpose is to provide Canadian companies with the best value in their employee benefit programs. We choose to distribute through professional independent advisors who act as the employer’s advocate in this relationship. BBD is a privately held Canadian company. The western regional office is located in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia.

How have we evolved? As we continue to forge new inroads in the Canadian benefits marketplace, we never forget how it all began. With our dedicated staff – which has now grown to close to 90 employees – our focus has always been to develop relationships with advisors like you, providing excellence in service to help your business grow. Today, BBD administers over $75 million of premium for over 3,270 employers across Canada distributed through 795 advisors, and we’re all proud to call our company Your Benefit Solutions Partner . We’re proud of how far we’ve come.
