I would like to thank you and all those that worked with you during the construction process who have contributed to delivering a fine finished product that I know I will enjoy for many years to come. I don’t know that my situation was unique for your company but it certainly was for me in that I was living in Bermuda during the during the planning and construction phases.

Dear Ben: Our sincere thanks to you Ben and your team at Benco Ventures. Our entire experience in having our new home built by Benco Homes far exceeded our expectations. In the past we have owned four newly built homes and Benco Homes are far superior to any of these in construction, design, product and follow up concerns. After meeting with you and touring some of your homes, we felt assured from the start of construction that you would do your utmost to ensure our needs were met.
