Be Compassionate NL Inc., founded by retired Hematologist-Oncologist Dr. Frances Scully, offers Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT). Designed at Stanford University's Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education, this 8-week personal and professional development course provides practical tools to enhance awareness, compassion, and resilience. The program includes guided meditation to improve awareness, as well as listening and communication exercises to build compassionate interactions. We train people and groups to move through life and its challenges with a steady mind, from a place of connection and inner strength.
