Bayside, or its predecessor company, was founded in March of 1974 and has been successfully providing Property Management and Real Estate Service to numerous satisfied clients in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia for more than thirty five years.

The current portfolio of rental properties managed by Bayside can be found dotting the map throughout British Columbia's Lower Mainland and they range in size from two-storey walk-ups to high-rise towers, as well as numerous individual homes and suites.
