Miles has been working at Barrie Harley-Davidson® since 2008 and has been riding motorcycles for over 10 years. I've been riding HD's for over 40 years and have had a lot of experience with the various dealerships over those years. I recently moved back from western Canada and 'finally' found a dealership that provides what everyone is always looking for 'customer service'. Your staff in accessories, parts and service have provided outstanding service whenever my wife and I stop in. The service department provided the 'best' experience I've had in quite a long time. I judge the service department on the condition of my bike when I pick it up.

Nick has been working as a Service Specialist since 2006 and has been riding on and off road bikes for over 12 years. Nick's training is in machining tolerances and machining mechanics which he uses on a daily basis when working one-on-one with the Service Technicians. "Everything I have learned about motorcycles I have either taught myself, learned the hard way or was told by Bruce Insley and Dave Germaine." When we asked the Service Technicians what Nick's one ‘unique' trait was, they all agreed that Nick knows way too much about nothing important.

Owen has been riding both on and off road for over 13 years. Owen has been with Barrie Harley-Davidson® since 2006 and has completed his Level 2 Harley-Davidson® Technician Training and has completed all his PHD Harley-Davidson® training courses. Most weekends you can find Owen on a local motocross track or rebuilding his own race motors. "I go home and work on bikes for fun and then come to work and get paid to do it.
