Peter began his executive search career in 1988 when he co-founded Barrett Rose & Lee. Prior to that he had gained extensive senior management experience in the software industry, and in public accounting. He has devoted considerable attention to providing counsel to executives and working with clients to rebuild corporate management teams and fill senior staff specialist positions in a variety of industries, both public and private. His experience includes software, manufacturing, technology, utilities, communications, publishing, and, as well as professional service firms.

For over 20 years, we have successfully recruited senior and mid-level executives, as well as professional staff, for the disciplines of sales and marketing, manufacturing and distribution, finance, human resources and administration, and information technology.

Marisa Lauri, Principal, has 25 years of experience in human resources strategy, marketing, communications and program implementation for corporate and entrepreneurial clients. Marisa holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Dean’s List) from the University of Toronto where her studies were focused on marketing, strategic planning and organizational transformation.
