September 2, 2009: I have received reports of delayed or missing books when shipped via regular airmail. This seems to only affect envelopes with single books, not boxes of multiple books. It is not clear whether this is a Canadapost problem, a USPS problem or a US Customs problem. Until the situation is resolved, I recommend shipping by XpressPost courier only. Unfortunately, this option is more expensive than regular airmail. The easiest way to keep shipping costs low is to order your books in batches instead of one at a time.
