We define that vision as building relationships and partnerships in the community that support the identification, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of services that assure vulnerable indivdiuals access to service. In short, we try to level the playing field to promote a healthy, vibrant, engaged community. To give a step up to those less fortunate who have potential, but who lack the resources to achieve. Banyan's mission is to enhance the resilience of vulnerable individuals and groups by providing and developing evidenced based services that promote strengths. We are responsive to the needs of the community and provide ethical leadership, advocacy, technical assistance, research and education. Vision: Our vision is Building Caring Communities.
