Owner Bill Knight incorporated B&B Demolition Ltd. in December of 1999. After years of experience in the demolition industry, Bill decided to go on his own, and start B&B. B&B began as a small organization, operating out of Bill's home, with four team members and four trucks. Through the years, Bill has grown B&B into the industry leader that it is today. Bill runs his company with a simple motto: "We provide a service, not a product.

Derek started with B&B Demolition Ltd in April of 2013, bringing with him 12 years of safety experience to the B&B's team. Educated traditionally in the Oil & Gas industry, Derek is making his first leap into the world of demolition at B&B. Derek has been a member of the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering since 2005, and spends his free time coaching local youth minor hockey. In May 2014 Derek was made the manager of Safety & Corporate Culture, ensuring that the B&B team remains strong and devoted to providing superior service to all clients.

We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

Sebastian Ireland Shop Foreman Sebastian Ireland joined the B&B team in February 2014, brining years of experience in mechanical engineering and residential construction to the team. Sebastian is new to Edmonton, but greatly enjoys his time here, and has taken over the daily operations of B&B's shop, tools, and equipment. In his free time, Sebastian enjoys working out and playing sports. Prior to moving to Edmonton, Sebastian played Jr AA hockey, and Jr Baseball. He is also working towards his bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.

B&B Demolition can manage residential projects start to finish. B&B is full service for residential projects, meaning they can remove existing structures with little disturbance to the surrounding neighborhood, remove all debris, dig all basement sizes, prepare for the installation of new water and sewer services, and backfill.
