Mr. Hoffman is a professional mining engineer with over 25 years’ of experience in mine operations, projects, engineering and corporate development. He has held senior executive positions at Crocodile Gold Corp., Crowflight Minerals Inc., Goldcorp Inc., Desert Sun Mining Corp. and Yamana Gold Inc. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Castillian Resources Inc., Trevali Mining Corporation and Aberdeen International Inc.

Mr. Schuler is a geologist with over 35 years’ experience in mineral exploration worldwide. For the past 20 years he has held Executive and Senior geological positions and worked throughout South America. Mr. Schuler is based in Chile and will oversee an exploration and drilling program at the La Higuera Project, and will assist in reviewing potential new projects. Mr. Schuler holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Idaho.

Azul Ventures Inc. (formerly known as Himalayan Capital Corp.) is a mineral exploration company with the rights, through its wholly owned Chilean subsidiary (Minera Azul Ventures Limitada), to acquire two prospective copper-iron properties in La Higuera, Chile (about 600 kilometres north of Santiago). The La Higuera Property was assembled as a result of the first-time consolidation of mining rights in a historical copper mining center and is located in a prolific I.O.C.G. belt surrounded by excellent infrastructure in a mining friendly jurisdiction.
