Commercial lighting workstation software is used to prove the design meets the objectives and allows the generation of simulations to provide a visual perspective of the solution for the client and end user.

The existing single storey industrial building on this site was transformed into a modern 2-storey 50,000sf office building complete with power service upgrade, data centre, and dual emergency diesel generator and UPS systems capable of being switched over to provide redundant operation. A lightning protection system was also installed to provide added protection for the building against direct lightning strikes.
