Description

After completing a degree from Ryerson University Rob developed several data driven solutions for A.C. Neilson to analyze data and generate charting solutions. He then spent the next seven years with Toshiba of Canada Limited in R&D for smart card applications, network design, application solutions, fax on demand and finally new product development for notebook computers. Rob left Toshiba of Canada and started his own company called Aurora Communications Exchange. The company grew from two people to a staff of 27. The company went public with annual sales of over 4.5 M and the company changed its' name to ACEnetx and after about a year and a half was sold. With a previous degree in Science, Jennifer returned to school to complete a college diploma as a Network Specialist at the Institute for Computer Studies. After graduating with honours, she went on to manage the network of a software development company. Involved in hosting email, DNS, company web sites and enterprise wide applications, this experience proved invaluable. Her attention to detail and security management prevented infiltration by the most notorious of viruses and malware which have become so prevalent today. At Aurora Online, Jennifer assists businesses with their technology, and helps others with their technical support issues. Jennifer holds both an MCP (TCP/IP) and CNA certificate.
