Aunt Leah's provides supportive housing, education services, employment readiness programs, and a resource centre to prevent youth from foster care and vulnerable mothers from becoming homeless. The organization aims to foster self-sufficiency through life skills, education, and community support, serving over 392 individuals, 189 youth and mothers housed, and numerous participants in resource and education programs. Founded in 1988 by Gale Stewart, inspired by her grandmother Leah, Aunt Leah's operates on the traditional lands of Coast Salish Nations and celebrates their presence and contributions.
