November 2007 First Aid & Water Safety Bulletin Important Mandatory Changes to Standard & Emergency First Aid Course Content Effective immediately, the Canadian Red Cross, Ontario Zone, will implement mandatory changes to Standard and Emergency First Aid courses. When the 2005 ILCOR Guidelines were introduced last year, it became necessary for the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) to perform a first aid provider program review.
