We are so grateful for the support we’ve received over the years from ASTRA FLORISTS. Sandra and Susan are delightful to deal with and so and professional. Because we are a registered charity providing cancer support services to families, we often don’t have the additional budget line for flowers for our events. Astra Florists really believe in our cause and as such have donated flowers to some of our special occasions. They are so talented, that often, we just give them a colour scheme and tell them about the event, and they put together the appropriate pieces.

We at Desco have been dealing with Astra Florists for over 12 years. With 200 employees and 14 Branches all over Ontario, there are a many occasions where we have to call them for flowers and or baskets to be delivered. What is assuring is that we place the call and we know it is going to be done. We also have had feed back as to how nice the arrangements were. Also, the staff at Astra are very nice to talk to, and knowledgeable, would not want to change to anyone else.

I have used Astra Florists for over 28 years for orders associated with the company I work for and I have always been completely satisfied with their customer service and their floral arrangements. I recommend Astra Florists on a regular basis to my colleagues at work for their personal use as well and I have never heard any complaints. Astra Florist is personable and pleasant and are always willing to give their recommendations, when asked. I appreciate the fact that they make it so easy for me to do my job, when placing orders for clients.

Owners, Sandra and Susan have both been with Astra for over 25 years. During this time they have developed close relationships with their diverse ethnic client base. Their love of the business over the many years is not just the beauty of the flowers but the gift that they give the recipient.
