Astoria is not a "yes" company; we provide council and direction utilizing a "best practices" approach to ensure board members are properly informed with regards to industry related standards and practices.

Established in 2005, Astoria Asset Management Ltd. is Airdrie's first and is locally owned and operated company. Our management services were expanded to Cochrane in 2009, and our continued growth has expanded into the Calgary market as of 2011. With a property portfolio including more than 45% of Airdrie's residential condominiums, and a better than 95% retention rate on management contract renewals, Astoria has proven that our “Value Based Management” practices are meeting and exceeding client expectations.
