Assertive Property Management & Real Estate Services Inc. was founded in 1998 with the aim of providing the highest quality, personalized service to its clients. We have grown at a slow and controlled rate so as to not overextend our resources. The company was started by Patricia Graham; Jim Allison took over as managing broker in 2008. Assertive Property Management enjoys a relatively low client turnover rate, with some of our properties remaining under our management for as long as 13 years.

Jim Allison , managing broker and owner of Assertive Property Management, has over 26 years of experience in the property management industry . He has worked together with strata corporations towards improving their financial wellbeing and transparency, as well as fostering a welcoming community. He has managed such diverse properties as a 454 strata lot parking garage and a townhouse and apartment complex with a golf course and marina.

In order to best manage this investment, we work in close consultation with your strata corporation in order to address the needs and challenges you face. Working with you, we develop effective management solutions so that your strata continues to be a place your residents can call home for years to come.
