Description
Public Relations One of the Company's services includes corporate communications, public, investor and shareholder relations through its association with other public relations firms. The corporate information programs help coordinate and provide support for APCI's financing activities keeping the public aware of client corporations ongoing developments and future growth plans during the financing process. Through information packages and press releases, customized plans for communications with corporate contacts, investors, shareholders and members of the general public help maintain companies in the forefront of the financial and industrial markets with pro-active communications programs. After establishing beneficial awareness for its clients APCI helps companies develop relationships with third party full scale investor relations firms, and continues to provide long-term corporate development and market support programs. A client corporation which meets the following criteria is most likely to benefit from APCI's merchant banking services: the company has been operational for at least two or three years; the company is profitable within the next twelve months after the infusion of equity and/or debt. APCI tries to avoid the representation of companies whose profitable operations are years, not months away; the management team must be in place and own a piece of the equity or have economic incentives for achieving success; the company should develop, manufacture and market a product that the public can readily understand, such as telecommunications utilities (i.e., hydroelectric, high technology); the company must have audited financial statements or be capable of being audited within a short period of time.
