Our technical staff are experts at maintaining high voltage systems and equipment and our full range of maintenance services keeps all high voltage equipment in good working order. In particular, we keep electronic records for our customers so that both parties can track the condition of their equipment between maintenance inspections and services.

Established in 1987, ECM Controls Inc. provided highly skilled technicians in the electrical and industrial control field. In 1990, ECM Controls expanded its service offerings to provide sales, installation and service for a wide range of security products.

Kyle has 29 years of energy sector experience in both public utilities and private sector renewable companies. Kyle has launched and operated three start-up companies in the solar and renewable environmental energy sectors. Kyle is highly skilled in business development, finance, leadership, operations, engineering, technology development and asset management. He is an expert in alternative energy technologies, (solar, wind, biofuels, energy storage) including system design, grid interconnection, project management, financial analysis and production estimation. He has developed technologies and business strategies from idea to implementation.

Gary has experience in all aspects of the Ontario energy marketplace including electricity distribution, municipalities energy purchasing, servicing industries and working with large electricity generators. He has a unique blend of technical, business, financial and market knowledge and has managed operations in both regulated and competitive businesses. Gary has participated on OEB and IESO committees such as the Retail Settlements Code, Distribution Rates Handbook, Day Ahead Commitment Process, Spare Generation On-line, retail transmission rate design, retail generation, Market Readiness Task Force and the Service Agreement Committee. During his career Gary has provided professional advice for business process and IT system changes, business development, energy purchasing strategies, renewable generation projects, IESO bidding and dispatch services, energy tracking/reporting and energy conservation. Recently he has been involved with the CEA/Measurement Canada joint working group for complex measurement implementation.
