Anchored by senior lawyer Art Vertlieb QC and brothers Aseem and Pavel Dosanjh, the Vancouver firm of Vertlieb Dosanjh opened its doors on August 1, 2004. These lawyers remain the team at Vertlieb Dosanjh to this day, providing legal expertise and service in a wide range of practice areas. On the strength of experience in several areas and before all levels of court, the lawyers of Vertlieb Dosanjh are highly skilled in many aspects of civil litigation and criminal law. This includes a comprehensive degree of trial and appeal experience in personal injury cases (from motor vehicle accidents to medical malpractice), as well as family, immigration, corporate and labour law. Vertlieb Dosanjh also provides legal services at mediations, administrative tribunals, human rights hearings and in matters addressing complaints against the RCMP. At inception, Vertlieb Dosanjh was located at the corner of King Edward Avenue and Cambie Street. The firm moved to its current location, in the South Granville area, in June, 2007.
