LIMITED WARRANTY AND WHAT IT COVERS? We offer a limited warranty only when the product is used by the original end-user customer. The product shall be free from defective material and workmanship. Armor Group reserves the right to inspect the product under claim and at its sole option determine whether to replace said product. This shall be Buyer's sole and exclusive remedy under this agreement. Defective product will be shipped to Armor Group. HOW CAN CUSTOMERS GET LIMITED WARRANTY SERVICE? A copy of the original receipt or invoice is required for any warranty claim. The consumer must provided complete damaged product, with a note how the damage occurred to support their claim. In the event we are not provided with sufficient evidence, we reserve the right to reject the claim. LIMITED WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS? This warranty shall not be applicable to Product that was not properly handled by the Buyer, that was subject to abuse, inadequate care or neglect, abnormal use, improper storage or maintenance, improper installation, overloaded, misuse or that has any stage of processing performed or service on it with causes not arising out of defects in materials and workmanship or damage or otherwise What Our Limited Warranty Does Not Cover? Costs of shipping, customs clearance, re-installation, work displaced, or other incidental costs associated with any warranty claim. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Without limitation, under no circumstances WILL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, collateral, PUNITIVE, DELAY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR ATTORNEY FEES of any kind, machinery breakdown, administrative or engineering charges, labor charges, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DIRECT OR INDIRECT PROFITS and injury or personal property, REVENUE, OR USE, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF BUYER OR ANY OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL SELLER'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO BUYER EXCEED ALL AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID BY BUYER TO SELLER. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY NOT WITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF THE LIMITED REMEDY SET FORTH Disclaimers THE FOREGOING IS THE COMPLETE WARRANTY FOR ARMOR GROUP PRODUCTS AND SUPERSEDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN,EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, MADE BY ANY SALES REPRESENTATIVE OR AGENT OF ARMOR GROUP, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, NO OTHER WARRANTIES ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO ARMOR GROUP PRODUCTS AND ARMOR GROUP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED HEREIN, INCLUDING, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY WARRANTY THAT MAY EXIST UNDER NATIONAL, STATE, PROVINCIAL OR LOCAL LAW INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
