Bill Duckworth is a long time Tool & Diemaker who also served many years as the Engineering Manager in a production shop before he joined Armo Tool. Bill came to us as Manager of our Engineering Dept. in 1992 and he has worked with many of our customers to solve their production problems. Bill combines the experience of a Toolmaker with his 40+ years in manufacturing engineering to produce the exceptional results that your company requires to stay ahead of the competition.

We began as manufacturers of precision tooling. At our customers' request, we applied our expertise to the rebuilding of equipment and the design and building of new equipment. Our customers also invited us to build stamping dies for them and, with each new challenge, we added new equipment and skills to meet their needs.

We continue to explore new opportunities with customers, many of whom have worked with us for over 30 years. We perform all processes in-house from design to machining to programming and runoffs.

Sang Lam came to us from Siebe Automotive in July of 1999 as a Mechanical Engineer. Sang has experience as a Tool & Die Maker and is specialized in the tubing manufacturing process in the area of fuel, break and a/c lines. Sang also has extensive experience in 3D design. He is originally from Vietnam and is happily married with one daughter.
